Delivery Information

Cushions

Cushions are delivered via Australia Post for a flat rate of $10.00 per order. 

Furniture

Delivery can usually be arranged approximately four weeks from point of order. Please note that furniture upholstered with the Alpha range of fabric (Designers Guild and Christian Lacroix) has a longer turnaround time, due to the exclusive nature of this fabric as we must order this fabric from Europe.

We arrange delivery to most parts of Australia. We use a specialist furniture transportation business and two men will bring your furniture into your home and the desired room. Please ensure that there is someone at your property to receive the items as they will need to be signed for.

Before designing and ordering your furniture, ensure that you measure your room and determine that your new furniture will fit in your space. It’s also important to check that your furniture can be delivered through all entryways, elevators and stairways.

Also make sure that there is a clear an unobstructed path in front and beyond each doorway. Make note of any fixtures, lower ceiling heights, banisters etc that may pose an obstacle once inside and let us know prior to delivery so that we can advise our delivery team.

As all of our designs are manufactured in Australia, waiting times are considerably shorter than imported goods that must be shipped. We make every effort to deliver our furniture as soon as possible, although occasionally delays do occur that are beyond our control. In that instance, we will proactively keep you informed every step of the way.
